President Trump teased the imminent announcement of a historic pardon yesterday. We can now reveal who he believed deserved a reprieve: iconic suffragette Susan B. Anthony.

Authorities arrested Anthony in 1872 for voting in Rochester, New York. She died in 1906.
The president’s decision comes on the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment.
