Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez shocked the political establishment when she resoundingly defeated the fourth-most powerful Democrat in Congress.
Since then, the Democratic socialist’s record has been less than stellar.
Hanna Bogorowski, at The Daily Caller, explains:
Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez endorsed four candidates in the primary elections, but all of those competing in the Tuesday races lost.
Ocasio-Cortez went on a tour around the U.S. endorsing candidates Abdul El-Sayed for governor of Michigan, Fayrouz Saad for Michigan’s 11th congressional district and Cori Bush for Missouri’s 1st congressional district.
She also endorsed congressional candidate Kaniela Ing in Hawaii for the race taking place on Aug. 11.
