In an intense interview with Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro, Rudy Giuliani directed Fox News’ audience to watch One America News Network (OAN), ostensibly because OAN hasn’t censored any of Giuliani’s alleged findings in Ukraine.
Giuliani came out swinging, calling everyone from Joe Biden a “crook” to House impeachment manager Jerry Nadler a “jackass” for supposedly helping Biden cover his tracks.
When pressed for evidence by Pirro, Giuliani emphatically argued that he presented the evidence months ago. (Mediaite)
“I put out the evidence in April, I put it out in March, it was ignored! You saw it on television, on Fox. You saw [Viktor] Shokin testify. It was just on OANN! It gets censored! You don’t want to look at the evidence! It’s out there.”
Giuliani added, “Go look at the OAN (sic), and then watch my podcast.”
The first episode of Giuliani’s podcast Common Sense debuted on January 24. You can watch it in its entirety below:
Pirro seemed in a haste to move on as Giuliani claimed “they attempted to murder [Shokin].”
Shokin was the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who was widely seen as shielding corrupt politicians and oligarchs. His intransigence to challenge the status quo, presented a massive problem in one of the most corrupt countries on earth.
Shokin was dismissed after pressure from the Obama administration in March 2016.
Among cases that Shokin refused to pursue was a years-long investigation into Burisma Holdings – before Hunter Biden controversially joined the board of directors.
There is no evidence anyone attempted to assassinate Shokin. It is well documented that Joe Biden, as vice president, warned then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that if he did not fire Shokin, the Obama administration would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees.
