Republican candidate Mike Carey currently holds an 11-point lead over Democrat state Rep. Allison Russo in the race to fill former Ohio Rep. Steve Stiver’s seat in Congress. Rep. Stiver announced in May he was resigning from Congress after more than a decade.
The Hill reports:
Eleven percent of voters are still undecided two weeks before the vote, but among those, 59.3 percent say they are leaning toward Carey, with only 40.7 percent leaning toward Russo.
On the same day the poll was released, Carey was seen in a promotional video with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).
“We need a fighter like Mike in Congress to stand up to the Democrats’ socialist agenda and get our country back on track,” McCarthy said.
“Listen, I’m honored to have your support. Let’s send a message on Nov. 2 that the people of the 15th District are ready to make sure Nancy Pelosi’s days as Speaker are numbered,” Carey said in the video.

It’s probably even more than that, polls always undercut Republicans.
11 point lead. whether true or not at least they made it sound believable. not some wild made up number dems use such as they do in their so called “89% Americans want more gun control” “common sense” “gun control” propaganda.
“Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the vote decide everything.”
No doubt Russo will make a miraculous comeback on election day and win by 2 million votes.
FIX ELECTION FRAUD OR FORGET IT.
This longtime Republican thinks that would be so totally awesome. I’m so sick and tired of the ignorant members of my own party trying to re-write history and make DDT (Dirty Donald Trump) a hero when, in fact, he’s the most treacherous and disingenuous politician our nation has ever had in its 230 or so years. The fact is, Mr. Fed UP, there was NO fraud and only all 25 REPUBLICAN Secretaries of State have confirmed that fact along with Trump’s own AG. So, go ahead and make up your phony facts. I forgive you, tho, because the real reason you believe all that B.S. about the election is because your god-idol – DDT, started hypnotizing you 6 months before the election even took place with his constant repeating over and over and over and over again that the election WAS GOING TO BE fraudulent. Why did he do that? Because he knew that his mishandling of the Corona virus was going to make his re-election really difficult. And, FYI, he was told that the virus would be the biggest threat to his re-election back in late January of 2020 by one of his security advisors who had contacts in Wuhan. And how do I know that? Because I watched and listened to the POS say that in his national TV interview with Bob Woodward. Millions of people watched that televised interview wherein he also said that he intentionally down-played the virus because he was afraid the American people would panic. GIVE ME A BREAK! He really thought that, I believe, because he thinks he’s so smart and everybody else is really stupid.
I will be watching this election closely, as I am another fed-up FORMER voter. Democrats have cornered the market on stealing elections. I have ZERO doubt Russo will come back and win this election, because that is what ALWAYS happens now. Republicans, or RINOs, have sold the party out. They are as bad as democrats. They are only worried about themselves and their cushy jobs. The American people mean NOTHING to these BUMS.
Like the 2020 election and all elections to come, if we don’t prevent voter fraud, Democrats are going to get the most votes after the voting is closed.
