MSNBC Says Media is Biased… Toward Republicans?

MSNBC host Joy-Ann Reid believes the mainstream media is biased… in favor of Republicans.

“There is nothing so predictable as media spin in favor of Republicans,” Reid fumed on Twitter on Monday, shortly after the government shutdown ended.

Reid was referring to a large number of articles from mainstream media outlets, like The New York Times, Associated Press, and Wall Street Journal, that blamed Democrats for shutting down the government.

The shutdown, led by Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY), was orchestrated to force concessions for illegal immigrants on DACA, but lasted just 69 hours when polls showed that more voters blamed Democrats’ antics for the shutdown, rather than either President Trump or congressional Republicans.
