A Georgia judge has dismissed a lawsuit seeking to inspect Fulton County absentee ballots from the 2020 election over allegations of fraud. Judge Brian Amero’s decision came a day after investigators said they were unable to find any counterfeit ballots.

Amero ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing to sue, bringing the case to a close and keeping the county’s 147,000 original absentee ballots under seal.
Amero’s order dismissing the case said the Georgia voters who brought the lawsuit “failed to allege a particularized injury” and therefore lacked the standing to claim that their state constitutional rights to equal protection and due process had been violated, The Washington Post said.
“All citizens of Georgia have a right to know whether or not counterfeit ballots were injected into the Fulton Co. election results, how many were injected, where they came from and how we can prevent it from happening again in future elections,” Garland Favorito, one of nine plaintiffs, wrote in an email to the Post.
“It is not adequate for any organizations to secretly tell us there are no counterfeit ballots and refuse to let the public inspect them.”
Georgia attracted the country’s attention during the 2020 election as the traditionally red state flipped blue for the first time. However, it was Fulton Country’s multiple recounts and suspicious behavior from elections officials that raised concern from Georgians regarding the absentee ballots.

I live in Georgia. So, since it sounds like fraudulent ballots are allowed elections, conservatives will make sure that the next election, we bring in boxes full of ballots. Otherwise, we need to start disregarding any election results until we can verify that they are legitimate. Until the 2020 election, Georgia was doing a good job. However, once Stacy Abrams came along, and got that $5 million from the communist traitor Michael Bloomberg, there was nothing but corruption from there on out. Hopefully, now that the state legislature has passed some election reforms we will see necessary changes in the next election.
Abrams got support from George Soros who should be eliminated from this earth forever !!!!

I cannot believe Republicans allowed Democrats to steal both the Presidential election and then two Senatorial races. Republicans are as corrupt as Democrats.
Wait, the judge based his decision on the investigators were unable to find any counterfeit ballots. So, they’re not allowed to see the 147,000 other ballots under seal. That doesn’t make any sense? That’s like bringing your car to a shop with a flat tire and the mechanic tells you, ” I checked one of your tires and it’s fine so you must be mistaken, I didn’t see any flat tire!!
Just because the evidence was quickly destroyed does not mean there was no fraud. Democrats were burning evidence, blowing up a storage place where Dominion machines were being stored, pulling in Leftist judges to stop recounts/obtaining evidence and stalled, while those who had access to the stored ballots & extra printed ‘votes’ – used that stall to destroy/remove the damning evidence. Let’s not forget Republican vote observers were blocked from watching the real-time count, flash drives being plugged into Dominion machines (which were also online and subject to hacking/manipulation). Every state that had irregularities had more ‘votes’ than there were voters – how can that be? Also, there were many articles around the U.S. – not reported by lame stream media, about people or groups being put in the slammer – for voter fraud! Couple all this with all those millions of dollars being suddenly injected to states where recounts were being performed. Since it does not cost additional millions of out-of-state dollars to do recounts – then just what were all those dollars being used for – paying off vote counters – perhaps? A typical voting progress map during voting shows East coast finishing up (results posted), followed by Central Time Zone then Mountain, then West, followed by Alaska/Hawaii. The 2020 map showed some of East coast completed with a few hold-out states not completed, then Central states with Battleground states results suddenly grinding to a halt, then California being quickly posted with Florida/Texas being held up for a long time to keep Biden (who hid in his basement & inspiring no one) ’ahead’. How did CA finish so quickly – with all those mail-in ‘votes’ – while Northern Battleground states with less population taking so much longer? The only real reason was to take a count in all these states – then effect the desired change. We know there was fraud everywhere.
