Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is now taking direct action to try and protect the children of Florida from being harmed by the radical left’s obsession with transgenderism.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ administration Thursday asked the state board regulating doctors to essentially ban transition-related care for transgender minors, according to a letter obtained by NBC News.
The state Health Department made the request hours after another state agency issued a 46-page report to justify banning Medicaid coverage for transgender people of any age who want puberty blockers, hormone therapies or gender-assignment surgery.

In a partial answer to the criticisms, Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration issued its report Thursday questioning the science and safety of hormone therapies, puberty blockers and gender-assignment surgery. Ladapo then asked the Florida Board of Medicine to “establish a standard of care” Thursday that could ultimately result in prohibiting doctors from prescribing the therapies for transgender youths. The process could take months, and it’s unclear how many people it could affect.
“While some professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Endocrine Society, recommend these treatments for ‘gender affirming’ care, the scientific evidence supporting these complex medical interventions is extraordinarily weak,” Ladapo wrote in his letter.
In addition the DeSantis administration is also trying to prevent therapists from attempting to talk children into using alternative pronouns, something known as ‘social gender transition therapy.’

DeSantis genuinely cares what happens to children, wish more adults did, especially politicians and law enforcement. Doctors should but they always see dollar signs. If there are so many children affected with this dysphoria, why aren’t those doctors trying to find out why there are so many. It seems unreal that all these young kids all of a sudden feel like they want to be a different sex when they probably don’t know what they want at all. Parents should be ashamed if they are pushing this on their kids. And teachers should be investigated if they’re trying to indoctrinate kids with this garbage.
Why is it that Ron is the only one in the government fighting against all of the leftist insanity? A large majority of kids that have lived through this last two plus years are probably messed up for life especially if their parents are CNN watchers and therefore oblivious to what is going on, and take their kid to get the poison poke. It sure seems to me like a large amount of our government is in on the whole WEF/NWO plan to destroy the USA along with every other country and make us all slaves under their heavy boot, and that is only if we survive the onslaught of evil they are forcing on us all to reduce the population.
There are some who would consent to having their penes ripped open, mutilated and turned inside out. Sure, but they constitute less than 1% of the population. Let us not glorify, romanticize or encourage sex reassignment surgery at the peril of minor kids. Let them mature past 18 to be awfully sure they want to undertake such an awfully drastic step. DeSantis will be vilified by the dissipated and demented Left, but he did the right thing.
