Last week, President Biden basically declared war on his own border agents saying they will be “punished” for doing their jobs. Biden’s sharp tone towards U.S. border agents came after photos emerged of agents on horseback rounding up illegal immigrants where some falsely claimed the immigrants were being whipped by the agents. However, despite the photographer coming forward and saying he’s never seen an agent whip an immigrant Biden still took the side of illegals, making it even more difficult for agents to properly do their jobs and defend the border.
However, Texas Governor Greg Abbott is siding with brave border agents and says that any who are “punished” by the Biden administration have an open job offer in the Lone Star state.
According to The Daily Wire:
When asked if he was overstepping his authority by effectively taking over immigration in the state of Texas from the federal government, Abbott said that he was doing it “because the Biden administration is refusing to do its duty to enforce the laws of the United States,” thus leaving Texas “in no position other than for us to step up and do what we have to do.”
Later, when asked about the Border Patrol agents who rode up on the illegal aliens entering the U.S., Abbott pointed to false claims that have been circulated about the situation.
“First, they wouldn’t have been in that situation had the Biden administration enforced the immigration laws and secured the border in the first place,” Abbott said. “Second, as you know, Chris, the person who took those pictures said that the characterization that the Democrats have made about the Border Patrol using them as whips, whipping people, coming across the border is false. They were simply maneuvering horses.”
“But the last thing I will tell you is what the President said going after the Border Patrol, who were risking their lives and working so hard to try to secure the border, if he takes any action against them whatsoever, I have worked side by side with those Border Patrol agents,” Abbott continued. “I want them to know something, if they are at risk of losing their job, got a president who is abandoning his duty to secure the border, you have a job in the state of Texas. I will hire you to help Texas secure our border.”
Biden has continued to put American’s safety behind illegal immigrants and do nothing to curb the surge of migrants overflowing through the border for months.

Governor, then declare this invasion and tell Biden that the United States has abdicated its right to call the shots and defaulted on its duty prescribed under Article IV and section 4 of the Constitution to defend any state against invasion. Tell Biden the sovereign State of Texas will defend itself.
Your comment is just more talk and no Action. We have to physically stop these people from entering the US. this BS of catch, process and release them to spread poverty and disease through out our country at a great expense to the taxpayers in the form of medical, food, transportation, housing and crime.
Just more show boating from a wana be Texan who is all hat and no cattle. If he was serious he would be having the National Guard installing razor wire in those areas where we saw all that trash crossing the river. Also have them bring in mobile Active Denial Systems (ADS) . We have to prevent these invaders from crossing our borders rather than letting them set foot on US soil then loading them in vehicles, driving them to the nearest bus stop, giving them $100 and kissing them goodbye.
Take the Fake Biden and all who sail with him to that beautiful Spa, where clothing is free and so is food! Law and Order are essential as are people with self discipline. When yuo walk with God, your path is not always easy, but the end reward is eternal life

Before you praise the worthless headline grabber you should come down here to the border and see how bad he has screwed this up. He sent several hundred troopers down here along with the some National Guard and all they do is help the illegals out of the river and hand them off to the Border Patrol who then ask them where they want to go, would they like First Class or Business, which Motel they would like for free, give each one a $100 cash, kiss them on both sets of cheeks and wave good. The only people doing anything are our Sherriff and County Judge. When the illegals are caught here they are immediately charged with Trespass, convicted and transported to the prison at Dilly, TX. This insures that they are deported when they have served their sentence. I realize that it is a drop in the bucket but it is a damn site more than our self serving Gov. has done us.
Enforce the Laws that are written and remove all who do not enforce the written laws from all offices!
The removal of all communist democrat cult party members from all offices and exiled to Afghanistan would save our country!
How about get the damn wall built across texas and you want have to worry about hiring more agents. What about the Reserves and National Guard. Why don’t you do a 6-month rotation on the border using them. I thought they were already deployed. Did you lie to the people about calling up the guard and reserves to help the border patrol? What exactly is going on in the great state of Texas, governor? Come on governor, do right by the Texan people. They deserve it. Quit waiting on biden and the government to help you because they want. Take initiative and get it done. NO MORE EXCUSES, GOVERNOR! Less TALK and more ACTION!!!!!!!
