A massively important message. However, I would seriously doubt that opting out of locating services prevents them from tracking you. I suspect it does NOTHING as far as their tracking abilities are concerned and is just there to make us believe we have some control over these things. I don’t KNOW this to be true, but I know it’s true. The truth is somebody else controls what goes on inside that box and you don’t know and can’t know what they are doing. Technology is making our lives better, more convenient, and enhanced in so many ways, and is also a dream for totalitarians.
