The last thing that we need with A.I. is to put corrupt liars in charge of regulating A.I. . Do you want the same type of people who banned guns in Washington D.C. and Chicago but did nothing to take care of the root causes of crime to be in charge of A.I. because how well is those gun bans working out. There was a treaty back in the Battleship days where every country involved except great Britian either violated or worked around the treaty . Britian is no longer a world power. Everyone else got the message . None of the top ten militaries are going to follow any treaty on A.I. weapons and we are better off figuring out a real world solution to adapt to the changing times then government must control as a solution.
